Cancellation Policy –
Credit Card Hold (No Pre-Payment):
For bookings where credit card details are securely held, but no payment is taken, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Any changes or cancellations made within 24-hours of the reservation will incur a $10pp fee.
Full Payment (Banquets & Bungalows):
For bookings where full payment is taken at the time of reservation, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Any changes or cancellations made within 48-hours of the reservation will forfeit 50% of the full payment.
